Recipe: Download Veeam Backup for Google Cloud debug logs using Veeam Backup console

Ingredients:

• Access to Veeam Backup & Replication console

Before you start: Please consider that the logs can also be downloaded from Veeam Backup for Google Cloud web UI

Assumptions: You have an existing Veeam Backup for Google Cloud deployment.

Method:

1. In the Veeam Backup & Replication console, open the main meny and navigate to Help > Support Information
2. In the Export Log wizard, at the Scope step, select the Export all logs for selected components option.
3. Then, in the Managed servers list, select the Veeam Backup for Google Cloud appliance, for which you want to export logs.
4. Complete the wizard to get the logs dump.
