Recipe: Migrating Nutanix AHV recovered with Instant VM Recovery to Production

Expected deliverables:

A Virtual Machine fully migrated to Production in Nutanix AHV after being recovered with Instant VM Recovery.

Time to complete: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

• A Virtual Machine must have been recovered successfully in Nutanix AHV using Instant VM Recovery

Assumptions:
You have a Veeam Backup and Replication server installed.

Method:

1. Open the Home view.
2. In the inventory pane, select the Instant Recovery node.
3. In the working area, right-click a VM and select Migrate to production.
4. Veeam will proceed to migrate the VM to Production.
